Държавите в CoinRepublik се управляват от играчи, които имат властта да предлагат и променят закони. Само Премиум граждани могат да предлагат нови закони. Когато се предложи нов закон, гражданите гласуват 24 часа. Тежестта на гласа не е равна и зависи от населението на града на всеки играч — напр. играч със 70 граждани има тежест на гласа 70, докато град с 25 граждани има тежест на гласа 25 — само играчи с поне 25 граждани в града си имат право да гласуват. За да бъде приет обикновен закон, трябва да гласуват поне 10 различни граждани и страната ЗА трябва накрая да държи повече гласувателна сила от страната ПРОТИВ. Няма процент, който да се достига: достатъчна е преднина от една-единствена точка, а ако двете страни завършат напълно наравно, законът не се приема. What this means
This law opens a new bond emission: 1000 treasury bond(s) the state sells at face value (0.4542 RON each), each paying 1%/day interest and maturing in 12 month(s). Every issuance is its own tranche — bonds from different emissions can pay different coupons and mature on different days. The money from every bond sold goes straight to the state budget; in return the budget owes each holder the daily coupon and must buy the bonds back at face value when they mature. Emissions are spaced at least 5 days apart, so this law could only be proposed once that wait was over. A treasury may issue only while it holds more than 500 RON and stays under the 50000-bond cap; if it no longer qualifies when the law passes, no bonds are issued.

E foarte buna ideea. O sa atragem si investitori straini daca ne dezvoltam bine. De asemenea suntem interesati acum sa dezvoltam si piata locala (adica sa incepem sa vindem produsele pe RON) la pret apropiat de pretul de pe golabl. Producem RON? cumparam bonds = primim dobanda zilnica in RON, In Real Life, bonds-urile guvernamentale sunt foarte bune. Guvernele se imprumuta cu bani de la populatie si investitorii straini. Moneda fiduciara a respectivei tari este pusa la lucru. Iar cu banii respectivi tara poate lucra. Depinde de noi, cei care administram tara, cat capital putem atrage. Asta e un MEGA ATU sa facem legile cu cap de acum inainte si sa dezvoltam bugetul so Trezoreria tarii.
In effect the people that buy the bonds will get get $3.65 for every $1.00 invested based on your rule change. The catch is if your treasury falls below $100.00 (it is at $12,000 atm) then no player will get their initial investment back until it goes back above $200.00.
You have a good grasp of the general risk, but the math and the rules are slightly different under this new update. First of all, at a daily interest rate of 0.25% over one year, the total return is approximately $1.91 for every $1.00 invested (91.25% pure profit from interest + getting your initial investment back at maturity). Secondly, if the treasury drops below $100, coupons are still paid out (this triggers austerity, not bankruptcy). Payments only stop completely (Default) if the budget drops so low that it cannot cover the daily interest bill. Beyond the numbers, you are absolutely right: the challenge is to treat this like a real business. As long as expenses exceed revenues, we are heading in the wrong direction. Those of us with experience who manage larger cities will need to coordinate on the laws voted in Congress. We must stimulate production and develop the local market to sell products in our national currency, giving it real utility. It is exactly like in real life: as a mayor, you build infrastructure, attract investors, and create jobs so you have a tax base to support the budget. If laws are passed simply to 'drain' money from the state budget without a proper coverage strategy, those measures will act as parasites. They will drive the state straight into default, rendering the bonds bought by citizens completely worthless
