Click any plot to build, produce, hire or upgrade. Drag to pan the map — it updates on its own as work finishes.
Your town doesn't hold any raw materials yet.
Workers. Unskilled workers staff your buildings and construction sites. The Employer column shows what each one is doing right now — Free, Idle, In construction, On the market, or the building they work in.
Lifespan. Every ordinary citizen lives for about as many days as your town's happiness — 100% happiness is roughly 100 days, 20% is roughly 20. The Time to live column counts this down, and at zero they die of old age and free their home. Upgrade and repair your houses to raise happiness and your citizens live longer.
God workers (founders). Citizens marked Yes in the God column are your town's founders, shown as Immortal. They never age and never die — but they can never be sold or hired either: founders stay with the town that created them, for good.
Selling a worker. You can list a worker on the global people market only if they are Free, are not a founder, and have at least 30 days of life left. When another town buys them, their lifespan is recalculated from that town's happiness.
