Welcome to CoinRepublik. Take a breath - you are not behind, you have not missed anything, and you cannot break anything important today. You are about to run a small town. You will hire little people-shaped citizens, put them to work turning raw materials into finished goods, and trade those goods with thousands of other real players who are all building towns of their own. It is part city-builder, part economy, and part marketplace, and it rewards patience far more than panic. If you have ever felt that other games punish you for logging in late or for not knowing the perfect opening, set that worry down at the door. This one is built for people who learn as they go.

Let me be your guide for a while. My only job in this chapter is to walk you, step by gentle step, from an empty patch of grass to a town that quietly earns while you sleep. I will not bury you in numbers you do not need yet, and I will tell you plainly when something matters and when it can wait. New players often feel lost staring at all the screens; the cure is simply to remember that it all serves this one cycle. You are not learning twenty unrelated systems - you are learning one rhythm with several instruments.

  1. Claim a patch of land and clear it down to grass so you can build on it.
  2. Build something on that grass - a house to live in, a workshop or farm to make things.
  3. Fill your houses with citizens, then staff your workshops with workers.
  4. Run production: spend energy and materials to make goods over a stretch of time.
  5. Collect the finished goods once they are ready.
  6. Sell those goods on the market, and reinvest the proceeds into more land, more buildings, and more people.

That is the entire game in six beats. A tiny town does this loop once with a single workshop. A thriving town does it across dozens of buildings at the same time. The mechanics never really change as you grow - you just run more of them in parallel. Where everything lives

The game is organised into a handful of sections, and knowing which screen holds what will save you a lot of wandering. You do not need to memorise this - just get a feel for the map of the place, the way you slowly learn the rooms of a new home.

  • Home > Town is where your land and your buildings live. This is your main view, the actual map of your town.
  • Inventory is everything you own - materials, finished goods, food, gear, all of it in one place.
  • Market is where you buy and sell, trading with the rest of the players.
  • Gold is where you handle the premium currency: mining it, making deposits, and managing your gold balance.
  • Politics is the bigger world - countries, taxes, and laws that sit above your individual town.

Here is a gentle way to connect the two halves of this lesson. The six-step loop and the five sections are the same thing seen from two angles. Your land and buildings, and the work you do on them, all happen under Home > Town. The goods you collect pile up in your Inventory. When you go to sell them and reinvest, that is the Market. The gold that special production earns, and the cap on land you claim, both touch the Gold screen. And Politics is the wider stage your town sits inside. So the loop tells you what to do, and the sections tell you where to do it. Keep both pictures side by side and the game stops feeling like a maze.

You might be wondering where to even start clicking, and that is the most natural feeling in the world. Start at Home > Town and just look around. Everything else can wait until the loop above sends you there - you will reach the Market naturally when you have something to sell, and the Gold screen when you have gold to manage. You do not need to visit every screen today. The game will tap you on the shoulder when it is time.

The one thing to remember

There is no rush, and nothing you can permanently break on day one. A steady player who truly understands the loop will out-build a frantic one every single time. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
